Peter Hattaway LL.B. is perhaps Australasia's leading authority on credit management.

David Francis LL.M. B.A. is the leading presenter of credit law to non-lawyers in Australia and presents Law of Credit Management 1 and Law of Credit Management 2 for us.

Elke Meyer is a multi-talented credit manager and presenter based in Brisbane. She also teaches natural horsemanship (like the horse whisperer).

Alan Liddell LL.B. B.A. presents our Law of Credit Management seminars in New Zealand. He is the principal of Tauranga law firm Capamagian Liddell and a leading expert on the Personal Property Securities Act.

Jane Dunkerley has been involved in the credit industry for 25 years. She owns and operates two very successful Finance Companies in Hastings and attributes that success to managing her clients personally with a 'hands' on approach to both the lending and collection areas.

Glynn Owens DPhil (Oxon) is a Professor of Psychology at Auckland University.

Geoff McDonald is an insolvency partner with Hall Chadwick in Sydney, is one of Australia's most highly qualified insolvency practitioners.
