Online Training - Credit Contracts & Consumer Finance Act - Front line finance staff

They aim to teach their respective audiences the things they need to know, in simple language, within an hour at the bargain price of only $37.78 + gst per person. We've worked very hard to refine the material to the essentials, and to cut out as much legalese as we can.

- Credit Contracts & Consumer Finance Act - Training for Front-line Finance Company Staff is, as the name suggests, for staff in finance companies. Here's part of the solution for lenders who are trying to put in place compliance programmes to cover themselves with the Commerce Commission.
Those who pass the tests in the training receive a certificate which they can show the lenders they work with and, if necessary, the Commerce Commission and the courts. It shows that those involved have tried to do the right thing. Training is an important element in a compliance programme and the Act says (in section 107) that a reasonable compliance programme counts in your favour when people make mistakes.
Once you've registered, we'll send the user name and password to the email address you have provided. Once people have passed a module, the link to the module won't work for them (or anyone else using that login) again. We'll send out a pdf reference copy of the text to those who complete the course.
